Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate 
Full Stack Developers
 with 
5+ years of experience
 to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role requires both 
team handling
 capabilities as well as being an effective 
individual contributor
. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are eager to take ownership, contribute to technical excellence, and mentor junior team members while growing in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using 

     (front-end) and 

     (back-end).
  • Build scalable, robust, and efficient systems using 
    JavaScript.
  • Lead and mentor team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support professional growth within the team.
  • Act as an 
    individual contributor
     when required, taking ownership of complex modules or projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and DevOps) to define, plan, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and system performance.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and system design.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend their adoption when beneficial.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and proven experience with

    JavaScript
     for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in 

     for back-end services.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Python
     for development and scripting.
  • Experience in 
    team handling
    , mentoring, and guiding junior developers.
  • Ability to balance 
    team leadership

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (CSE/IT).
  • Experience:
     Minimum 
    5 years
     of relevant experience in full-stack development.
