Job Summary : We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable web applications and APIs.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.- Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas for MongoDB.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment.- Perform unit testing using frameworks like Jest and Mocha.- Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories.- Work with DevOps tools such as Docker and Jenkins for deployment and CI/CD.- Use project management tools like JIRA or Trello for task tracking and collaboration.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3 - 5 years of experience in web development.- Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, JSX.- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database architecture.- Experience with unit testing tools (Jest, Mocha).- Familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio Code.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Work authorization as per company policy.
