Job Title : Senior Fullstack DeveloperJob Type : Contract To HireYrs of Experience : 9 - 15 yrsNotice Period : Immediate - 30 DaysPrimary Skill Set : React,NodeWe are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-performance systems, comfortable working across frontend and backend, and eager to contribute to the full software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).- Build responsive and high-performance web applications with clean, reusable code.- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.- Troubleshoot production issues and provide on-call support when required.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the existing tech stack.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Strong hands-on experience in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).- Expertise in Node.js with frameworks- Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and integration with databases (SQL/NoSQL).- Good exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.Preferred Skills : - Min experience with unit testing / automation frameworks.- Exposure to Agile methodologies.We want to create the best working environment we can (ref:hirist.tech)
