About the company:
Strata is a fractional real estate investment platform that offers investors the opportunity to invest in pre-leased commercial assets such as offices, warehouses, and retail spaces across India.
We aim to revolutionize the real estate investment space by bringing transparency, liquidity, and accessibility to a lucrative asset class that was previously only available to the ultra-rich. We are one of the fastest-growing PropTech platforms in India and are backed by leading VCs. Our headquarter is in Bangalore, India.
Fractional investment/yield generating assets have become a strong alternate investment avenue which is being consumed by every segment of the investment fraternity.
We are a small yet close-knit team of about 70+ people having our teams across Bangalore, Mumbai & Pune and looking to expand to other geographies soon.
Funding:
Strata has raised a total of $7.5M in funding over 2 rounds. Their latest funding was $6 million, raised on Jul 2021, from a Series A round. Our backers include Elevation Partners, Mayfield, Kotak Investment Advisory & Gruhas.
Responsibilities: -
HR Strategic Planning
● Lead the HR department and provide management oversight and leadership
● Develop a companywide HR strategy for employee engagement, growth and retention, which is in line with the overall business objectives & Culture
● Streamline all HR policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
Compensation & Benefits Management
● Facilitate the administration of staff benefits and compensation as stipulated in the HR policies.
● Define and implement an HR payroll system
● Ensure the payroll is processed on time every month, for both employees, contractors/ vendors
HR Information and Reports
● Spearhead internal staff communications, team building and employee engagement activities
● Coordinate and present all HR reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and metrics to the management
Employee Performance Management
● Lead the performance management process including creating a plan to manage quarterly and annual reviews, conducting training on goal setting, utilizing budgets to organize development activities, and working one-on-one with managers and employees.
Requisite skills & Experience: -
● 4-6 Years of experience in Human Resource
● Should have start up experience and scaling a company from 30 employees to 100 people organization
● Excellent Written and verbal communication skill with the ability to articulate effectively
● Strong organizational and analytical skill
