Roles and Responsibilities:

Leading the planning functions to benchmark Standard Mine Planning practices, Mine Designs as per Vision and Mission

Maintaining statutory compliances i.e. EC, Mine Plan, Stoping permissions and others as per applicable laws, ensure executing mine development and production plans aiming to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory regulations, Quality, AO, VSAP standards and involvement in various Audits

Contribution to the life of the mine plan and infrastructure plan, assessing risks as well as expansion of Mine Operations

Maximize resource recovery through strategic planning, aligning short-term objectives with long-term sustainability.

Liaison with experts and external agencies, such as DGMS and IBM along with various stakeholders engaged in the mining industry.


Desired Attributes

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech with minimum of 10+ years of experience in Mining Engineering with SCMM/FCMM certification

Strong business acumen with a mindset of leveraging analytics, technology & digitalization
