Job Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Overview:

XpertReach is seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to drive the financial strategy, performance, and long-term planning for our Private Equity funded EPC company. This leader will work closely with senior management, investors, and operational teams to ensure sound financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role is key to providing insights and support for decision-making that drives sustainable growth, capital efficiency, and value creation for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop strategic financial plans that align with the company's growth objectives and capital structure considering private equity stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior management team to provide insight on financial strategy, risk management, and investment opportunities.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze financial performance against key metrics and develop meaningful reports for the executive team and board.
  • Track and forecast key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, margin, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Provide actionable insights to the leadership team by analyzing business performance and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Investor Relations and Private Equity Reporting:
  • Collaborate with private equity investors and ensure compliance with financial covenants, reporting requirements, and governance expectations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and updates to investors and board members, highlighting key financial metrics and operational performance.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for investor queries and due diligence processes.
