Job Title: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

XpertReach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy, performance, and long-term planning for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement financial plans that align with our growth objectives and capital structure.
    • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
    • Work closely with senior management to provide insight on financial strategy, risk management, and investment opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze financial performance against key metrics and develop meaningful reports for the executive team and board.
    • Track and forecast key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, margin, cash flow, and working capital.
    • Provide actionable insights to the leadership team by analyzing business performance and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Investor Relations & Private Equity Reporting:
    • Collaborate with private equity investors and ensure compliance with financial covenants, reporting requirements, and governance expectations.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and updates to investors and board members, highlighting key financial metrics and operational performance.
  • Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Ensure a robust financial control environment in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Work with internal audit and external auditors to ensure compliance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Capital Management & Funding Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the CFO to assess capital requirements and drive initiatives related to cost optimization, debt management, and capital allocation.
    • Provide financial input for large capital projects and M&A activities, including ROI analysis, valuation, and integration planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA from a reputed institute
  • Experience: 13-18 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in the EPC, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present financial insights and strategies to both financial and non-financial audiences.
