Role Overview :

As a Product Designer at Creditas Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your work will span from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and delightful experience across all touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include overseeing areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualization & Ideation : Generate innovative design ideas and concepts that address user needs and align with business goals.

- User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions and iterate based on feedback.

- UI/UX Design : Design elegant and functional user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

- Leadership : To lead a team of junior designers effectively to enhance the overall pace of work while improving quality of work & productivity.

- Testing & Validation : Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine designs accordingly.

- Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar & understanding & Knowledge of Video Editing softwares & Animation tools would be an advantage.


- User-Centered Mindset : Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Creativity & Innovation : Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

- Team Player : Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
