What will you drive?


Product Creation: Design new products and features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience

Visual Appeal: Ensure all designs are visually appealing and align with the brand’s aesthetics.

User Research: Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Concept Communication: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and a team of 5+ designers to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.

System Development: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs

Trend Integration: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.


Who are we looking for?


Experience & Portfolio: 3-7 years of strong product design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and user-centric designs.

Design Tools & Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, combined with excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and aesthetics.

Design Thinking: Strong understanding of customer-centered design thinking and user experience principles, demonstrating the ability to apply these concepts effectively in your work.

Communication & Problem-Solving: Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
