Design the Future of Car Buying: Unleash Your Creativity at CARS24
What drives us?
Imagine: a single tap on your phone unlocks a world that transforms your entire car ownership journey, covering every milestone - from finding your perfect match to keeping it running smoothly, to selling it later. That's the future we're building at CARS24. Our mission is to ensure car ownership is stress-free. We want our customers to focus on the open road, not roadside worries. We're building a one-stop shop - a Super App for all their car needs, powered by technology, data science, and deep customer insights, We are already one of the largest Autotech companies in the world, but we are not stopping here. We aim to grow 10x in the next five years.
What will you drive?
Product Creation: Design new products and features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
Visual Appeal: Ensure all designs are visually appealing and align with the brand’s aesthetics.
User Research: Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Concept Communication: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and a team of 5+ designers to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
System Development: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
Trend Integration: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.
Who are we looking for?
Experience & Portfolio: 4-5 years of strong product design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and user-centric designs.
Design Tools & Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, combined with excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and aesthetics.
Design Thinking: Strong understanding of customer-centered design thinking and user experience principles, demonstrating the ability to apply these concepts effectively in your work.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
