We are looking for a Product Design Manager to create user-friendly and attractive interfaces for our mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for the UX and UI of our products, especially for the Loans domain. You will also collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

This role is based in Gurgaon and belongs to the Corporate Strategy department.

Responsibilities

· Manage product designs and work with Product Managers to provide feedback and guidance on their projects.

· Define and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices for our products.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviour, needs, and pain points.

· Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for mobile and web applications using FIGMA and other design tools.

· Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of design vision and execution.

· Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to internal and external audiences.

· Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Product Design Manager or a similar role in the software industry.

· Portfolio of design projects that demonstrate UX and UI skills and design thinking.

· Proficiency in FIGMA and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.

· Strong knowledge of design principles, methods, and processes.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

· Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics or a related field.
