Job Description :


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented team of engineers. You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality software products, while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Responsibilities :

- Own the timely and high-quality delivery of projects for your assigned engineering team.

- Cultivate and manage external tech partnerships for your specific area of responsibility.

- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other departments to ensure projects are aligned with overall company objectives.

- Break down complex product requirements into achievable product and engineering milestones for medium-sized projects.

- Oversee the project management of medium-sized projects that span multiple engineering disciplines.

- Foster a highly motivated and happy work environment within your team.

- Develop and implement career progression plans for your team members.

- Manage the technical roadmap and guide systematic improvements within your area over time.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, product owners, architects, and other Engineering Manager stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing engineering teams in a technical environment (experience beyond this range can be considered based on qualifications).

- Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and scaling software products.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure delivery within timelines and specifications, particularly in a distributed team setting.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and facilitate open communication across geographically dispersed teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions, even under pressure.

- Proven ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and cultivate a culture of high productivity within a team.
