Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves engaging with clients and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and support the expansion of our market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in outbound calling for direct engagement with potential customers to discuss product offerings and services (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and develop long-term collaborations (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge of using Salesforce for streamlining sales processes and increasing productivity.
- Familiarity with effective lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and drive sales.
- Skilled in cold calling to engage and initiate conversations with prospective customers effectively.
- Ability to handle objections diplomatically to overcome any barriers to successfully acquire clients.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and close sales.

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our premium product offerings.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track all call activities, customer interactions, and sales progress effectively.
- Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized solutions to meet client expectations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company by expanding the customer base.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and meeting objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge of new products, market trends, and industry developments to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competition, and potential for new products and services.
