Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Service solutions.
- This role involves leading business development efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 offerings.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in solution selling, particularly within Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, build strong client relationships, and implement sales strategies to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint.
- A proven track record in business development, sales management, and CRM consulting with a focus on Microsoft's customer-focused solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Customer Service solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement to closing deals, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster business growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of successful sales and business development experience in CRM or ERP solutions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Service.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale CRM sales cycles, including solution selling, consultative sales, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrable success in driving business growth, increasing revenue, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Solid problem-solving skills to translate client needs into tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- An MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in relevant sales and business development roles
