Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Visit Coordinator located in Navi Mumbai. The Site Visit Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating site visits for potential customers, ensuring an excellent on-site experience. The role includes scheduling appointments, guiding tours, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the community and its offerings. The coordinator will also liaise with the sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit and support overall customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, grooming and communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide detailed information and tours to potential customers
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
