Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at SS ARCHITECTS AND INTERIORS, located in Coimbatore. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, managing inquiries, and providing information about our services. Daily tasks will also include maintaining updated client databases, following up on leads, handling outbound and inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Telecaller will support the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and architects/interior designers.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with customer service and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software and updating client information
  • Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
