Centum’s unique microelectronics capability enables the development of lightweight, high reliability electronics for on-board applications.Centum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Hardware expert to lead our hardware engineering team in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design, team leadership, and project management, with a passion for innovation and quality.What You'll Do- Lead and manage the electronics hardware engineering team, providing technical guidance. - Oversee the design, development, and validation of electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product integration. - Drive hardware architecture decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of hardware solutions. - Evaluate and select components, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. - Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electronics hardware. - Support product certification and testing processes (EMC, ESS, etc.)SKILL SETS• High Speed Digital Architecture Design (Microcontroller, Microprocessor and FPGA based architecture) with 1553 interface• System Design with Xilinx/Altera/Actel FPGA devices with relevant tools and IPs• Should be aware of DACs , ADCs, FPGAs, Buffers, Transceivers, LDOs, POL, 1553 chips, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, etc• Mixed signal design architecture• Protocols knowledge like USB, GBE, PCIe, RS232, etc.Key values, beliefs, and attitudes• Good written and verbal Communication skills• Good planning and organization skillsWho You Are• 12+ years of experience in hardware design and development and who can interact with customers on all technical matters to ensure on-time execution of the programs.• Responsible for understanding the hardware requirements and assist in realization of the same.• Educational Background• Qualification: - BE/MTech in Electronics.
