Job Title: Assistant Manager – ITJob Type: On-siteLocation: KolkataAbout UsSVF Entertainment is a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media.Role:We are looking for a dedicated person to manage and support our cinema’s technical infrastructure — ensuring seamless operations, system security, and a high-quality guest experience.Key Responsibilities:- Manage technical infrastructure — projection, POS, and network systems. - Provide hands-on troubleshooting support on-site and remotely. - Ensure hardware, software, and OS are regularly maintained and updated. - Support and assist in implementing new IT projects. - Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. - Manage IT inventory, track expenses, and prepare technical reports. - Ensure all technology supports a seamless guest experience. - Configure and maintain local networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:- Proficiency in networking, cinema IT servers, and storage systems. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Experience:- Previous experience in a cinema or entertainment industry is highly advantageous. - Experience in management or supervisory roles preferred.
