The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the one of the biggest conglomerate's legal vertical and will work closely on the transactions and matters You will encounter a large range of legal issues and interact with many stakeholders with different sets of expertise and responsibilities.Responsibilities- Collaborating with the group company's cross functional teams to support in strategic issues, corporate and commercial transactions/agreements and all kind of disputes. - Assist in high stake transactions and disputes from time to time. - Assisting in the documentation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements. - Identifying business and transaction risks in a timely manner and escalate issues to team members and relevant stakeholders. - Working collaboratively and build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and various group companies. - Collaborate with external counsels and law firms. - Participating and managing group projects and initiatives and provide legal insights. - Assist senior team-members in various assignments.Qualifications- LL.B / B.A. LL.B (Preferred Tier 1 institutes)
