Generate qualified leads throughcold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns , and professional networking. Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers (Procurement, MSPs, HR, and Hiring Managers). Collaborate with the presales and delivery teams to createcustomized proposals and capability decks . Maintain CRM records, track lead status, and report performance metrics. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience inUS Staffing Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation . Excellentverbal and written communication skills(US client interaction experience preferred). Strong knowledge ofUS staffing models, time zones, and MSP/VMS ecosystems . Hands-on experience with tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or HubSpot . Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
