Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Frontline Campus Recruiter to drive our early talent hiring initiatives across colleges and universities.

- In this role, you will be the face of our organization on campuses, responsible for building strong relationships with academic institutions, engaging with student talent, and managing the end-to-end campus recruitment process.

- This includes organizing campus events, screening and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, well-organized, and passionate about connecting emerging talent with exciting career opportunities.

Roles and Strategy Development & Execution

- Design and drive the overall strategy for campus hiring across vocational colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, and degree institutions focused on non-IT talent (sales, operations, logistics, field service, and support functions).

- Identify key campus partnerships to support bulk hiring mandates for client Hiring Solutions

- Collaborate closely with client account managers to understand manpower needs and hiring cycles.

- Customize campus hiring plans to meet client SLAs, location preferences, and volume targets.

Team Leadership

- Lead a geographically dispersed team of campus recruiters and field recruitment executives.

- Set KPIs, drive productivity, and ensure alignment of recruitment activities with business Engagement & Brand Building

- Build long-term relationships with placement officers, training and placement cells, and educational institutions.

- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives in campuses to attract the right candidate pool.

Hiring Operations & Fulfilment

- Oversee end-to-end coordination of mass campus drives, including logistics, assessments, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

- Monitor the fulfillment of bulk hiring requirements across client locations with a focus on TAT and quality.

Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Management

- Engage with skill development centers, RPOs, NGOs, communities, government colleges, and networking events and regional manpower vendors to scale up campus reach.

- Establish performance metrics and governance for sourcing partners.

Compliance, Audits & Documentation

- Ensure all hiring processes follow compliance, documentation, and audit requirements as per staffing industry norms.

- Maintain centralized records of campus hiring activities and placement outcomes.

MIS, Reporting & Analytics

- Track and report key hiring metrics, including drive productivity, campus conversion ratios, offer-to-join rates, and early attrition.

- Provide periodic business updates to leadership and external clients.

Process Improvement & Digital Integration

- Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve scalability, candidate experience, and recruiter efficiency.

- Leverage digital tools for campus outreach, virtual drives, assessments, and onboarding.

Training & Skill Development Initiatives

- Coordinate with internal or third-party training teams to bridge skill gaps identified during hiring.

- Support client-specific onboarding or pre-joining training programs for campus hires.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Technological proficiency.

- Bulk / Mass hiring experience in managing domestic BPO operations.

- Cost-effective measures.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to make sound and viable decisions.

- Time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

- 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in domestic bulk hiring.
