Position Title : Ecommerce Executive - International Business

Supervised By : Head - Ecommerce


Job Purpose:

To drive growth in international ecommerce channel through brand strategy deployment, onsite merchandising, assortment management, promotional and media effectiveness. To maximize and monitor, both long term & short-term opportunities through dynamic thinking and quick action, leading to a stronger partner influence.


Key Deliverables:

  • Managing the operations and optimizing the presence of our brands on international marketplaces across countries
  • Build and execute annual strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the revenue goals
  • Plan and deploy advertising & promotional budgets on assigned platforms and track the performance on these platforms
  • Responsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth, market share and profitability
  • Manage the NPD funnel and launches with impactful go-to-market strategy
  • Develop long-standing & strategic relationships with the partners and work closely with partners on formulating Joint Business Plans
  • Evaluate business trends, shopper insights, and findings from post analysis of executed activities, which utilizes customer consumption and other available data
  • Ensure adequate forward stock cover and timely replenishments. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and the customer through accuracy in demand forecasting
  • Reconciliation of accounts by coordinating with the finance team, Review and tracking of commercial agreements & contracts
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Brand Team, SCM & Finance for all channel related requirement


Candidate Specification:


  1. MBA/PDGM
  2. 3-4 years’ experience in key accounts management with minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce
  3. Experience in managing business on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or other e-retailers. Exposure to international ecommerce landscape is a plus
  4. Preferably from beauty (skin care, hair care, cosmetics, wellness) brands like Wow, Mama Earth, Sugar, Plum
  5. A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Certification in Digital platforms and Ecommerce will be an advantage
