Ctc on offer: 3.50 LPA to 6.50 LPA (depending on relevant work exp)

Role summary: Our client company is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Illustrator to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic illustration, with a strong interest in storytelling and product development. This role involves working with licensed properties and their seasonal style guides, creating compelling illustrations with established characters in the movie and animation space, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and maintain their unique identities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of creative assets for various product marketing avenues, including eCommerce websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborate with the Business development and Sales support teams to develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
Create visually appealing and effective digital and print materials, including banners, ads, product packaging, and promotional content.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating new techniques and innovations into the design process.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on retail and eCommerce.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, particularly in the retail and eCommerce sectors.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create designs that meet with client expectations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
Knowledge of current trends in the retail and eCommerce industries.
