Position Title : Ecommerce Executive - International BusinessSupervised By : Head - Ecommerce

Job Purpose:To drive growth in international ecommerce channel through brand strategy deployment, onsite merchandising, assortment management, promotional and media effectiveness. To maximize and monitor, both long term & short-term opportunities through dynamic thinking and quick action, leading to a stronger partner influence.

Key Deliverables:Managing the operations and optimizing the presence of our brands on international marketplaces across countriesBuild and execute annual strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the revenue goalsPlan and deploy advertising & promotional budgets on assigned platforms and track the performance on these platformsResponsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth, market share and profitabilityManage the NPD funnel and launches with impactful go-to-market strategyDevelop long-standing & strategic relationships with the partners and work closely with partners on formulating Joint Business PlansEvaluate business trends, shopper insights, and findings from post analysis of executed activities, which utilizes customer consumption and other available dataEnsure adequate forward stock cover and timely replenishments. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and the customer through accuracy in demand forecastingReconciliation of accounts by coordinating with the finance team, Review and tracking of commercial agreements & contractsWork closely with internal teams such as Brand Team, SCM & Finance for all channel related requirement

Candidate Specification:

MBA/PDGM3-4 years’ experience in key accounts management with minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerceExperience in managing business on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or other e-retailers. Exposure to international ecommerce landscape is a plusPreferably from beauty (skin care, hair care, cosmetics, wellness) brands like Wow, Mama Earth, Sugar, PlumA confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersCertification in Digital platforms and Ecommerce will be an advantage
