Day-to-day tasks include organizing board meetings, preparing minutes, managing communications with stakeholders, and supporting corporate governance activities.Qualifications- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance - Excellent organizational and administrative skills - Experience in preparing and maintaining corporate documentation - Ability to manage communications with stakeholders effectively - Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; CS qualification preferred
