We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving data-centric initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of analytics and machine learning projects.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and data-driven business requirements.Translate complex data needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable insights.Manage the full lifecycle of data science and ML projects, from concept to deployment and performance tracking.Partner with data engineering teams to design and optimize ETL pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and availability.Leverage visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create intuitive dashboards and reports.Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Document workflows, data mappings, and analytical requirements with precision and clarity.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to align on priorities and outcomes.Key Skills:6–10 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner in data projects Strong experience in 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗘𝗧𝗟 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 Proven experience managing data science / ML projects lifecycle • Familiarity with tools such as 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜, 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘂 Excellent documentation, story writing, and wireframing skills Strong understanding of 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 (𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺, 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗲, 𝗲𝘁𝗰.)
