Market & Channel Development: - Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. - Build strong relationships with vehicle dealers, DSAs, transporters, fleet owners, and local influencers. - Gather and analyze competitor information to adjust strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship Management: - Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sales support. - Maintain relationships with key clients for repeat and referral business. Reporting & Compliance - Maintain MIS, daily sales reports, and dashboards for management review. - Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market. - Good leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to drive business through channel partners and direct sales. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - 5-8 years of experience in sales of large commercial vehicles or related finance products. - Proven track record of handling teams and achieving business targets.
