Key Responsibilities: - Sales Management - Drive sales of Large Commercial Vehicles through direct and channel sales. - Set and monitor targets for the sales team and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals. - Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the CV segment (tipper, tractor-trailers, haulage trucks, etc.). Team Leadership: - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-10 Sales Officers/Executives. - Provide ongoing training and support to enhance performance and productivity. - Monitor team activities, fieldwork, and customer meetings. Market & Channel Development: - Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. - Build strong relationships with vehicle dealers, DSAs, transporters, fleet owners, and local influencers. - Gather and analyze competitor information to adjust strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship Management: - Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sales support. - Maintain relationships with key clients for repeat and referral business. Reporting & Compliance - Maintain MIS, daily sales reports, and dashboards for management review. - Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market. - Good leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to drive business through channel partners and direct sales.
