We're looking for a Business Development Executive – IT & ITES in Kolkata Location to join our growing team

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business, building lasting client relationships, and helping shape the future of our IT solutions and services. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients across industries to deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, proposals, contracts, quotations, and payment collection.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategy
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Create impactful proposals and marketing/sales collateral
  • Execute online and offline sales campaigns
  • Research and identify market trends and new business opportunities
  • Promote the company's brand, services, and offerings in the marketplace

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (IT/ITES sector preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Strong B2B sales experience, especially in IT hardware/software, Network Solution, Cloud or Web Development Solution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
