As a Freelance Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, especially in the staffing and recruitment domain. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, develop partnerships, and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the staffing industry.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development Strategy:** Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth in the staffing sector.
- **Client Acquisition & Management:** Identify, target, and acquire new clients in need of staffing solutions. Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing their evolving needs.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation:** Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Utilize a consultative approach to identify client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- **Market Research & Analysis:** Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights to refine the company’s offerings and approach.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork:** Collaborate with the internal teams to create proposals, RFPs, and presentations for prospective clients. Provide feedback to help enhance service offerings based on client needs.
- **Networking & Brand Building:** Represent Innomax IT Solutions at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the brand and generate leads.

### **Requirements**
- **Experience:** Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including client needs, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- **Sales Acumen:** Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads, and closing deals. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- **Communication Skills:** Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Self-Motivated & Proactive:** Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve results in a remote/freelance capacity.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
