Business Development Associate - B2B Sales (0-2 years)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at ParallelDots. As a Business Development Associate, you will be a key player in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Research and identify potential clients and market segments.

2. Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also nurturing new leads. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our IT products and services.

5. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently striving for business development excellence.

7. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective strategies and ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition.

8. Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business

- Candidates from tier 2 colleges are welcome to apply

- Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
