**Position Overview:**


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team in Amravati. As a operations manager at Proxi Farma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and nutritional value. While your primary responsibilities will focus on quality assurance, documentation reporting, packaging, and production supervision, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to product development at our research lab in Pune.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Quality Assurance:**

  - Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.

  - Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal standards.


2. **Documentation and Reporting:**

  - Maintain accurate records of quality tests, packaging processes, and production activities.

  - Prepare reports on quality assurance and compliance metrics.


3. **Packaging and Production Supervision:**

  - Oversee the packaging process to ensure product integrity and shelf-life.

  - Supervise production activities to maintain efficiency and quality standards.


4. **Exposure to Product Development:**

  - Gain hands-on experience in product development at our research lab in Pune, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:


- **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related management field.


- **Experience:** 2-5 years of experience in food product development, quality assurance, or a related area.


- **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in food manufacturing management.


- **Attributes:** A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
