Role Description

This is a full-time Mall Manager/Centre Head role located on-site at Tapadia City Centre in Amravati. The Mall Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing business planning, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling budgeting and collections, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Business Planning, Operations Management, and Budgeting skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in the mall management industry
  • Leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences


Ideal Profile

Ideal profile would be for a person with 12-15 years of relevant work experience and in Mall experience of at least 5-7 years. Required person should be a team leader with a proven track record in delivering results.
