Team HomeSlice is looking for a responsible Housekeeping Manager for overseeing the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the service apartments and Airbnb properties in Bangalore. This includes managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all units are consistently clean, well-maintained, and meet or exceed guest expectations.


Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards for all areas of the properties.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are readily available and in good condition.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve any necessary repairs or replacements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
  • Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to the housekeeping team.


Guest Satisfaction:

  • Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests related to cleanliness or maintenance.
  • Ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy according to established standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed.


Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens.
  • Order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.


Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage the housekeeping budget.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement efficiency measures.
