Job Title: Graphic Designer / Computer Operator - News Creation

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer / Computer Operator to join our team and contribute to the dynamic world of news creation. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing relevant and compelling news stories online and transforming them into visually appealing designs using CorelDRAW or Photoshop.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Selection**: Stay updated on current events by actively searching and selecting relevant news stories online.

2. **Graphic Design**: Utilize your graphic design expertise in CorelDRAW or Photoshop to create engaging and visually appealing news layouts.

3. **Layout and Composition**: Arrange text, images, and other elements in a visually pleasing and easy-to-understand format, ensuring the effective communication of news stories.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with editorial teams to understand the content requirements and ensure that the visual representation aligns with the editorial tone and style.

6. **Deadline Management**: Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.

7. **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough reviews of designs to identify and rectify any errors before finalizing and publishing news content.

**Requirements**:
1. **Graphic Design Skills**: Proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Photoshop with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.

2. **News Awareness**: A keen interest in current events and the ability to select and prioritize news stories that resonate with our audience.

3. **Creativity**: Demonstrate a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to visual storytelling.

4. **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate representation of news stories and adherence to design standards.

5. **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand editorial requirements.

6. **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
