Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing end to end Payroll and HR compliances for the organisation.
  2. Provide end to end HR support & solution to the employees on HR Operations matters, i.e. on-boarding, salary & tax matters, exit & F&F, any other statutory, labour law compliances etc.
  3. Drive the following operational processes for employees: employee background checks, mandatory trainings, employee database management.
  4. Updating of HR policies as and when required.
  5. Manage group insurance programs and liaise with the group HR teams.
  6. Analysing data and share relevant MIS with key stakeholders.
  7. Maintain all statutory compliances including timely payments wherever required.
  8. Manage internal and statutory audits related to salary and statutory compliances successfully on regular basis.
  9. Partner with employees & help them with their queries.
  10. Contribute and participate in the development & implementation of new HR initiatives and projects within the organization.



Education: Graduate/Post graduate

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Payroll/HR Ops in an organization with more than 200 employees


Skills: Detail Orientation, Data/MIS, Working knowledge of Statutory Compliances, taxation etc, Knowledge of MS Office


Should be familiar with HR Systems
