Position: Brand Manager

Location: Gurugram, WFO

Masters' Union is a new- age business school offering industry- immersive business education where the classes are led by top industry leaders and practitioners. It is a first- of- its- kind institute where distinguished leaders from different walks of life have re- imagined business education in order to create effective business professionals for the ever- changing economy. Our leadership consists of alumni from IITs, IIMs, and Ivy League Schools like Stanford and Upenn.

The institute is strategically located in the very heart of Gurugram's business district, flanked by several Fortune 500 companies, in order to provide the ultimate industry immersive and hands- on learning experience from day one. The most ground- breaking feature of its Programme is that the courses are taught by CXOs, MDs, Eminent Public Leaders, and even Members of Parliament, apart from distinguished global faculty from top B- schools who regularly consult with Fortune 500 companies.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to build and scale the hybrid/online vertical at Masters' Union. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a robust brand strategy.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

- Create compelling brand positioning statements and key messages.

- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Marketing Communications:

- Design and execute an integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan.

- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to develop creative campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

- Map the customer journey and enhance touchpoints from awareness to enrollment.

- Develop engagement strategies to boost prospective student experience.

Performance Measurement:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand success.

- Regularly analyse performance data and adjust strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5 to 6 years of brand management experience.

- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
