Overview : The Head of Academic Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational direction and academic excellence of the institution. The Head of Academics will collaborate with faculty, administration, and industry partners to ensure the programs align with industry needs and global standards.


Responsibilities :


1. Academic Leadership:


- Provide visionary leadership to the academic team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.


- Develop and implement a strategic academic plan aligned with the mission and objectives.


2. Curriculum Development and Enhancement:


- Oversee the design, development, and review of curriculum to ensure relevance, currency, and alignment with industry trends.


- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies, technology integration, and experiential learning opportunities.


3. Faculty Management:


- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic community.


- Facilitate professional development initiatives to enhance teaching effectiveness and research capabilities.


4. Quality Assurance:


- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure academic programs meet accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.


- Conduct regular program reviews and assessments to drive continuous improvement.


5. Student Engagement and Success:
