We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities across India & APAC region.Role OverviewThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for active sales activities focused on hunting new prospects across the India & APAC geography. The primary goal is to generate qualified leads and fix discovery calls/meetings. The role requires proactive outreach via calls, emails, social media, and structured outbound cadences.If you are energetic, analytical, and passionate about building a career in SaaS sales, this is the perfect opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesI. Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct outbound sales qualification calls to identify prospect pain points, needs, and fit.Book outbound meetings through cold calls, email campaigns, social selling, networking, and independent research.Run outbound cadences using sales engagement platforms to generate consistent top-of-funnel activity.Research and identify new business opportunities across the India & APAC region.II. Engagement & CommunicationEngage confidently with prospects, including C-suite executives and Directors, clearly articulating Spalba’s value proposition.Share relevant marketing content, case studies, and product insights to nurture prospect interest.Follow up rigorously with prospecting customers to uncover additional needs and move them into the pipeline.III. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with the Sales Account Managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified meetings and alignment on ICP, persona profiles, and use cases.Maintain accurate logs of outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM (Zoho)Continuously identify opportunities to improve prospecting processes and outbound strategies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified outbound meetings/calls fixed with new prospects.Outbound activity metrics: calls, emails, touches, and multi-channel cadence execution.Quality of meetings booked aligned with ICP and persona guidelines.Contribution to monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.Required Qualifications & Experience2+ years of outbound sales or inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer personas, and relevant business use cases, especially inthe  hospitality industry.Experience selling in Domestic, International, or both markets.Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach across all stages of the sales cycle.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
