Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, while also contributing to employee engagement and rewards & recognition initiatives. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the talent market and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring Recruitment:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. -

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pooling:

- Identify and engage with passive candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.

- Develop and maintain a talent pool of high-potential candidates for critical roles.

- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Campus Hiring (Added Advantage):

- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to attract fresh talent.

- Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges.

- Coordinate and conduct campus interviews and assessments.

Employee Engagement & Rewards & Recognition:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

- Assist in developing and implementing rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.

- Work with HR to ensure a positive company culture.

Domain Knowledge:

- Quickly learn and understand the international logistics domain to effectively recruit for specialized roles.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular reports.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institution.

- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
