Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for a large chemical manufacturing company. This role requires a deep understanding of the chemical industry, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. The candidate must have strong expertise in hiring for technical and leadership roles within the chemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement a strategic hiring plan to attract top talent in the chemical industry.
  • Drive proactive hiring initiatives, including workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, industry networks, and headhunting.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and external partners.
  • Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
  • Develop talent attraction strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Implement best practices in talent acquisition, including AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Preferred) + MBA in HR (Full-Time-Mandatory)
  • Experience: 8–15 years in corporate talent acquisition within a chemical manufacturing company.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring in the chemical industry.
  • Proven ability to hire mid-to-senior-level professionals, including R&D, operations, and commercial roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in employer branding, campus hiring, and digital recruitment platforms.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in hiring for multi-location manufacturing plants and global talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Exposure to HR analytics and data-driven recruitment strategies.
