About the Position

We are seeking an empathetic and communicative client relationship executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong passion for listening, writing and of course, jewellery

  • Empathetic listener and communicator
  • Decent typing speed
  • Good command of the English language
  • Proactive, patient, friendly and thoughtful

Job Summary

  • Job title: Client Relationship Executive
  • Job location: On Site - Bengaluru
  • Working hours: 10:00am-7.00pm - Monday-Saturday (exact times can be discussed)

Roles/Responsibilities - Customer Satisfaction

  • Respond to customer communication on the phone, whatsapp, email and social media
  • Inform customers on the status of their orders
  • Coordinate with product team to evaluate customer requirements
  • Keep records of customer interactions

Roles/Responsibilities - Sales and social media

  • Call customers with failed transactions to close sales opportunities
  • Respond to clients on social media and convert sales.
  • Handle comments, DM'S and stories on Meta.
  • Recommend products to customers if desired products aren't ready to ship
  • Generate payment links to complete sales opportunities
  • Upload products/videos on pinterest and youtube

Roles/Responsibilities - Merchandise

  • Help fill out details required for thorough product detail pages
  • Upload new products to wordpress as required
  • Track customer search behavior and fix searches that bring up no results
  • Track collection and banner performance

Salary

Upto 3.6 LPA depending on experience
