Compliance and Policy:

  1. Ensure site compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  2. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Leadership and Coaching:

  1. Identify training needs and coordinate or deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on HR best practices, leadership, and employee management
  3. Support leadership development programs and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Monitor and analyse HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and initiatives to site leadership and senior management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 12 Years of experience with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
