Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with site and global leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Oversee employee onboarding, development, and succession planning processes.
- Implement performance management systems, including setting objectives, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that support employee engagement and satisfaction.
Compliance and Policy:
- Ensure site compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
Leadership and Coaching:
- Identify training needs and coordinate or deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on HR best practices, leadership, and employee management
- Support leadership development programs and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and initiatives to site leadership and senior management.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- 12 Years of experience with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
