2 to 5 Expertise :

- Core Datacenter Technologies: Hands-on experience with servers, storage, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix), and data protection tools (e.g., Commvault, Veeam, Dell DPS).

- Cloud Integration: Basic understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud setups and integration with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Virtualization and HCI: Practical expertise in virtualization (VMware) and exposure to hyper-converged infrastructures (Nutanix).

- Data Management: Experience in implementing and managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Network Security: Knowledge of security frameworks using tools like Fortinet and Checkpoint.

- Infrastructure Design: Ability to implement pre-defined architectures and contribute to design discussions.

Certification and Learning

- Pursue and maintain certifications relevant to datacenter technologies (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional, Fortinet NSE).

- Stay updated on emerging trends in datacenter technologies and best practices.

Key Skills and Attributes :

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in datacenter technologies and cloud environments, with hands-on experience in implementation and support.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities and delivering projects on time.

- Collaboration: Team player who works effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications :

- Experience: 35 years in datacenter implementation

- Certifications: VMware Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Professional,Fortinet NSE, or equivalent certifications.

- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
