Job Description:Position: Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales ManagerDivision: Orthotics ProductsLocation: HyderabadReports to: Regional Sales HeadRole Objective:To drive sales growth, develop and manage key accounts, and expand market share for the orthotics product portfolio in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.Identify and onboard new customers (orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, and distributors).Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.Manage distributor / dealer network and ensure their performance in terms of coverage and sales.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.Support marketing initiatives, conferences, and local promotional activities.Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and customer interactions.Candidate ProfileGraduate in Science / Pharmacy / Physiotherapy / Business. MBA preferred.3–6 years of experience in medical devices / orthopaedics / rehabilitation / pharma sales.Strong territory management skills with proven track record of achieving sales targets.Good relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals & clinics in respective markets.Candidate must be willing to travel.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-linked incentivesTravel allowance and business expense reimbursementsHealth insurance and other standard company benefitsCareer growth opportunities within the organization
