Site Supervisor

Position:Site Supervisor – Global Projects Location:Pune Industry - Airport- BHS Experience:5 – 7 Years Qualification:B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics About the Role: We are looking for a Site Supervisor for global projects. You will lead and support project execution, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and integration of material handling systems. Key Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installations; guide and train installation teams. Inspect and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems. Interpret engineering drawings and layouts. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navis, and E.Plan drawings. Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), switchgears, drives, RLC circuits, and I/O testing. Manage multiple mechanical and electrical subcontractor teams. Support commissioning, testing, and integration of systems. Conduct quality inspections with focus on electrical installations. Ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards. Report progress to site/project managers and participate in progress meetings. Prepare installation reports and conduct toolbox talks. Desired Skills & Experience: Experience with warehouse, parcel, or airport systems; sorters (line/loop) preferred. General PLC programming/troubleshooting certification. Safety certifications (IOSH, Emergency Preparedness Training). Leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and computerized systems. Strong negotiation, organizational, and process-driven skills. Mandatory Attributes: Positive attitude and results-oriented approach.
