**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or architecture projects.
- Strong understanding of **construction techniques, materials, and site management**.
- Ability to read and interpret **architectural drawings and blueprints**.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, AutoCAD** (preferred but not mandatory).
