**Job Summary**

The Site Supervisor - Civil is responsible for supervising and monitoring on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role requires coordination with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction activities and guide site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and equipment on site.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to maintain workflow.
- Check and maintain quality control and safety standards at the site.
- Maintain daily site records, including work progress and attendance.
- Report any issues or delays to the project engineer/manager.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and materials to avoid wastage.
- Handle basic site-level problem-solving and decision-making.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in site supervision (freshers with technical knowledge can be considered for junior roles).
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.

**Work Environment & Conditions**
- Full-time, on-site role.
- May require extended working hours depending on project deadlines.
- Travel to different sites as required.

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
