Media Vantage embodies creativity and passion as we build and elevate brands.Job Summary Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹50,000.00 to ₹75,000.00 /month + Incentives Timing: 11:00am to 08:00pm - Days: Mon to Fri (1 Saturday a month working half day)Job Description Function: → Sales / Business Development for Artist / Talent let Branded PartnershipsWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Brand Partnerships Sales Manager to join our Brands team.Responsibilities: Drive revenues via Endorsements - Artist & Brand partnerships, Sponsorships and Impactful campaigns with brands / brand agencies Regularly contact, prospect for, and develop new advertising opportunities with key clients and agency stakeholders Manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement. Develop consistent strategies to achieve the stated business goals and revenue targets. Ensure a healthy funnel for the business at any point in time. Independently implement the sales plan to achieve Artist lead Brand Deals. Maintain and update key business reports for weekly / monthly reviews. Help meet overall business objectives and participate in the growth of the company with your ideas and initiatives.Requirements: A professional with 3-4 years of experience in the sales function of a digital media BRAND LED business A problem solver delivering creative content solutions to help brands with maximum outreach against their investment. Able to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across the organization – Talent ,Social Media ,Influencer, Creative. A pro at managing relationships. Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand/agency partnerships year on year. Self-motivated. Ability to work under high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points. A great negotiator, quick learner, thinker and doer. Extremely proactive and ready to take initiative and run with new ideas. An exceptional communicator with superlative written and oral communications skills, creativity, and attention to detail.Qualifications Proficiency in BRAND PARTNERSHIP SALES & Market Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales Management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the digital or talent industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
