Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic woman leader to drive Brand Partnerships at DocPharma.
This role is central to building long term revenue driving relationships with D2C brands,
identifying strategic opportunities, and representing DocPharma at key ecosystem
touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and confident engaging with founders, CXOs, and
category leaders.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, source, and onboard high-potential brand partnerships across Health &
Wellness D2C ecosystem
● Drive outreach, pitches, meetings, and proposal closures with CXOs & founders
● Deep-dive into brand needs, category opportunities, and commercial structures
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, & Tech to ensure successful
execution
● Track growth metrics, performance, and pipeline reporting
● Represent DocPharma at events, industry meetups, and brand interactions
● Travel to markets and brand HQs for business development
What We're Looking For
● Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
● Strong business understanding and ability to work with numbers
● Ability to think strategically and execute independently
● High ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
● Passion for the D2C ecosystem (experience preferred but not mandatory)
● Comfortable with travel and fast-paced decision-making

Based in / willing to relocate to Delhi
0–4 years experience (BD, Partnerships, Sales, Consulting, Strategy preferred)
