Role Overview

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to build and scale strategic alliances with brands, manufacturers, architects, interior designers, platforms, and ecosystem partners. This role focuses on driving revenue-led partnerships, co-GTM initiatives, and long-term strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard high-quality strategic partners.
  • Design and execute co-GTM plans with partners (joint sales, pilots, demos, campaigns).
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Negotiate partnership commercials, scope, and success metrics.
  • Build partner advocacy & authority
  • Partnership operations & alignment
  • Contribute ideas for improving the overall sales process and client engagement.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ Experience in partnerships / alliances / BD in SaaS, Tech, PropTech, MarTech, or Platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to convert partnerships into measurable revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Structured thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Architects, Interior Designers, Home Décor, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Experience building channel or reseller partnerships.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience.

Success Metrics (First 6 Months)

  • Active revenue-generating partners onboarded.
  • Partner-led pipeline & closures.
  • Joint pilots / case studies launched.
  • Partner retention & engagement score.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
